ORDERING:

  • Do you accept backorders? Yes, if an item is out of stock, we can place it on backorder for you. We'll notify you and obtain your confirmation before processing the backorder. Please note: Backorders exceeding $100 may be refunded if you prefer not to wait.
  • Can I use my own carrier? Absolutely! Simply provide your FedEx or UPS Ground account number at checkout, and we'll use it for shipping.
  • Do you ship internationally? Mozlly, LLC ships worldwide!
  • How can I place an order? Your convenience is our priority. Order online, by phone (1-818-991-9245), fax, or email info@mozlly.com.

SHIPPING:

  • How are shipping charges calculated? We strive for affordable rates. Domestic orders under $750 have a capped shipping cost of 15%. International shipping is negotiated for the best rates.
  • How do you ship to Canada? We use the most cost-effective option for your chosen service. Orders over $750 have a capped shipping cost of 17%. You can use your own broker or ours (with a $45 fee + 5% GST). Any duty fees will be billed later.
  • What carriers do you use? We typically ship via FedEx (ground or express) and utilize brokers for freight. However, we can accommodate your preferred carrier or account upon request.
  • What is the turnaround time for shipping? Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays, conventions, and custom modifications (which can take up to 2 weeks for Name Drop or 6 months for complete custom orders).

PAYMENTS:

  • What payment methods do you accept? We offer a variety of options for your convenience. Domestic customers can choose checks, wires, ACH, PayPal, or major credit cards. International customers can only pay via wire transfer. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments received after net terms are accepted.
  • When will my credit card be charged? Your card is typically charged 72 business hours before shipment. For custom orders, we may charge up to four weeks in advance to process and prepare your merchandise.
