Mozlly uses 3rd party carriers such as FedEx, USPS and UPS (in some cases a different carrier) for all shipment based on the service level required per shipment.

How do I return an item?
- Make sure the item is in Original condition with the original tags and product packaging. (Don’t worry about the shipping box, if you have it, you can reuse it to ship it back to us, otherwise use your own shipping box).
- Email sales@Mozlly.com to request a return number which you must include with your return box. Please indicate your order number.
- After Mozlly team will confirm back with the return number and instruction, package the item securely along with your return number.
- Ship it to us and keep the tracking number of your shipment.
- Allow two business days for processing. (We will verify the items and the condition. We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges) your credit card will be issued a credit. Please allow 7-10 business days after your return is received for your credit to appear on your account.

How long it takes to ship my order?
